I've actually never played the game and I can only premature Draw conclusions, but from what I've read, Assassin's Creed seems much like Fable. If so, I do not really want to play it because I play the same game hate to play twice. I just want to know if it's worth playing or not.

Assassins Creed is not in any way as Fable, it doesn't even support good / bad traits. Some long, deep story mode. The combat system in Assassin's creed is throwing knives and your melee off of the base weapon. There is a trick, Counter, Parry, Combo, and killed many sequences within Assassins creed involved. There are also some unique missions that have to do with bag theft. They have in the fable, magic, and a Attack button, with a hat, of course (I am straight) on the basics. So in my opinion (I'm a hardcore gamer) I want to tell you that these games entirely are opposed.
